Preventive Cardiology
Preventive cardiology is a field of medicine that focuses on preventing heart disease. This can be done through lifestyle changes, such as eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly, or through medical interventions, such as taking medication to lower blood pressure or cholesterol. Preventive cardiology is critical because heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States. By preventing heart disease, we save lives.
Obesity/Weight
Obesity and weight management can help prevent heart disease, as well as some kinds of cancer. The healthier your beneficiaries' weight and lifestyle, the more protected your beneficiaries may be from heart disease and cancer.
Blood Pressure
Controlling blood pressure helps to protect the blood vessels that bring blood and oxygen to the heart and brain, as well as the rest of the body. Managing blood pressure well helps provide protection from heart attacks and heart failure, which may help limit cancer progression or recurrence. Optimizing blood pressure can also provide protection from strokes.
Lifestyle Medicine
In Lifestyle Medicine, comprehensive methodology is used to guide your beneficiaries along their journey, to achieve their goals of a healthy lifestyle that will uniquely change over time. We partner with your employees to help them plan and achieve their goals, with flying colors.
Cholesterol/Triglycerides
Having normal cholesterol/triglyceride values helps prevent the buildup of "plaques" in blood vessels that can lead to heart attacks and strokes. We have multiple methods for bringing down high cholesterol, and we work with beneficiaries to make changes and pivot based on how they are doing, how they feel, and what they determine are their goals for cholesterol management and healthy living.
Diet Counseling
Dietietians, nursess, and clinicians work with beneficiaries to help them learn more about diet patterns that may work well for them. The goal is to incorporate lifelong changes and tweaks that may be sustainable and beneficial, as well as hopefully enjoyable, for your employees.
Exercise Counseling
Exercise counseling and prescriptions help your beneficiaries create action plans for lifestyle changes and/or maintenance to optimize their heart health and help prevent certain cancers.
Wellness
Our team works with your beneficiaries to determine their goals for wellness, self-care, and work-life integration. Wellness looks different for everyone. Yet there are common themes that help protect everyone from heart problems, strokes, and cancer. Importantly as well, wellness efforts help your beneficiaries manage the high stress they experience from giving their all at home and/or work everyday, to loved ones and to colleagues and friends. Wellness is important for your employees, to take care of themselves, in order to take care of others too.
Remote Monitoring
Remote patient monitoring (RPM) is the use of a set of biotechnological tools to track your beneficiaries' health data and share these data with their care team. RPM can help your employees track their heart health, along with their heart rate and other vital signs. This information can help them identify early heart problems and help our team tailor treatment recommendations. Additionally, RPM can help track physical activity, which is essential for maintaining heart health. Finally, RPM can help monitor diet and weight, which are also necessary factors in maintaining heart health.
Virtual Reality
Ouir Virtual Reality program can be accessed by beneficiaries on a desktop, laptop, smartphone, or headset. Together, they can exercise, walk, learn, and enjoy art forms in community.
Digital Health
Digital health is a broad term encompassing various technologies including electronic health records, wearable devices, and apps. Digital health tools can help your beneficiaries track their health and ensure they get the care they need. Digital health can be a valuable asset, helping beneficiaries stay on top of their health and get the care they need.
Expressive Arts
Expressive arts give your beneficiaries an open virtual space to share creativity and dream, pursue self-care, and process thoughts and emotions healthily, together in community, or on their own then share with others. This type of creative sharing can be beneficial in developing a stronger sense of self-awareness. Expressive arts can provide an outlet for expression through art, music, dance, writing, & more.
Executive & Preventive Health
In the Executive and Preventive Health Program, beneficiaries have VIP access to world expertise in Preventive Cardiology, Blood Pressure Management, Lipid (Cholesterol/Triglicerides) Management, Obesity/Weight Management, Lifestyle Medicine, Diet Counseling, and Exercise Counseling, in addition to Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), and Digital/Connected Health, as well as Wellness and Workouts and Social Support in Virtual Reality and Expressive Arts in community.

Your beneficiaries can pre-plan packages for a total of 1, 3, 6, 9, or 12 visits each quarter and craft and sculpt their executive and preventive heart health their way.
