Self Pay Virtual Cardiologist Visits: How to Get Personal Heart Care Nationwide

1 min read

My Heart Spark P.C. offers nationwide virtual cardiology consultations for adults seeking personalized guidance for cardiovascular health, heart disease prevention, and selected established heart conditions. New patient appointment requests are available through our secure clinical portal.

Who may benefit? Adults with high blood pressure or cholesterol, a strong family history of heart disease, questions about cardiovascular risk after cancer treatment, concerns about nonurgent palpitations, or existing test results that would benefit from a specialist review.

What happens at a visit? The clinician reviews your history, medications, relevant test results, symptoms, risk factors, and goals; determines whether the concerns can be evaluated through telehealth; and discusses an individualized plan. When clinically indicated, we discuss additional laboratory tests, imaging, monitoring, or local in-person evaluation. Outside tests and services may have separate charges.

How does self pay work? Our appointment portal currently lists cardiology fees ranging from $25 to $250 across visit types. You may request the exact fee for your selected service and a written Good Faith Estimate when applicable before care. Eligibility, payment responsibility, and insurance requirements are reviewed before the visit, including Medicare-specific rules.

How can I schedule? Visit https://myheartspark.clientsecure.me/ to request a virtual cardiology appointment with My Heart Spark P.C. We will evaluate whether your location and clinical needs are suitable for virtual care.

Important: A virtual appointment is intended for appropriate nonemergency evaluation. New, severe, or persistent chest pain, signs of stroke, fainting with concerning symptoms, or severe shortness of breath require prompt emergency evaluation through 911 or local emergency services.
